Shipping costs vary depending on the selected service, destination, and product category (please refer to the tables below). All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout for your convenience.

Delivery times are indicative and should be considered as a general guide from the date of dispatch. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Who Icons is not responsible for delays resulting from credit card authorization procedures or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Important Shipping Information

The Customer is advised of the following:

Customs duties, taxes, import charges, and any additional fees applicable to the shipment may vary according to the destination country and the relevant local regulations. Such charges shall be borne exclusively by the recipient and are not included in the product price or in the shipping costs indicated at the time of purchase. As these charges cannot be determined in advance, the Customer is encouraged to contact the relevant customs authorities or the appointed courier service prior to placing an order.

A signature shall be required upon delivery of all orders.

Once an order has been dispatched, it shall not be possible to redirect it to an alternative address. The Customer is therefore responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the shipment in accordance with the estimated delivery times.

Deliveries to P.O. boxes or poste restante addresses are not permitted.

3. Delivery

Deliveries shall be made from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. It shall not be possible to schedule a specific delivery date or time. Deliveries shall not be carried out on public holidays or on the days preceding public holidays.

4. Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time. Where applicable, such promotions shall be automatically applied at checkout and subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant offer.

5. Insurance and Transfer of Risk

All orders are insured during transit until delivery has been completed. A signature shall be required upon receipt of the goods, at which point the risk and responsibility for the shipment shall transfer to the Customer.

In the event that the shipment is received by a third party (including, without limitation, in the case of a gift), the person signing for the delivery shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and shall assume responsibility for the same.

6. Order Tracking

The Customer may monitor the status of the order at any time by accessing their personal account and consulting the “Orders” section.

7. Taxes and Duties

In order to ensure accurate calculation of shipping costs, the Customer is advised to select the destination country while browsing the website. Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable, shall be charged on all orders delivered within the European Union and the United Kingdom in accordance with applicable legislation.

For most non-EU countries and the United States, shipments shall be made on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, whereby all applicable import duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price.
